On arrival, meet and greet by our tour representative at Incheon Airport. Transfer to hotel , check-in and relax. |
Day 2 |
Seoul
After breakfast our day begins with a visit to the charming Gyeongbokgung Palace. Before reaching the Palace, we will pass by the Presidential Blue House. Gyeongbokgung Palace which was built in 1395 is the most famous palace of the Joseon Dynasty. The main hall and pavilion in the palace highlight the beauty of the traditional Korean architectural design. Located in the Gyeongbokgung Palace, the National Folk Museum of Korea is a showcase of the lifestyle of the Korean people from pre-historic ages. It exhibits and demonstrates the diversity of the Korean culture. Then onto the Cheonggyecheon Stream which is located in the city center of Seoul. After reconstruction of the stream, it has changed the history of the city of Seoul. Afterwards, we will visit the Ginseng Center through an orientation tour of Ginseng plantation before free time and also to say goodbye to our tour guide at Itaewon. During the evening, we highly recommend you to enjoy the famous night show – Nanta Show. Your tour guide will make arrangements for you if required. |
Day 3 |
Seoul -> Gyeongju (bullet train - 2 hours)
Gyeongju is well known for its ancient city in Korea because it was the capital of Silla Kingdom for over 1000 years. Also, it is called “museum without walls” because of its wealth of historical buildings and treasures. When the modern meets the tradition, we take one of the fastest trains, the Korean Train Express – KTX also named “bullet train” traveling from Seoul – Gyeongju. In the morning, our tour representative will meet you at the hotel lobby for transfer to the train station. On arrival in Gyeongju, your tour guide will meet you at the train station. Pay a visit to Tumuli Park which contains 23 to 200 royal Silla tombs and thousands of pieces of excavated treasures displayed within the Gyeongju National Museum. Next, you will see Cheomseongae Observatory, the earliest observatory in Asia. After lunch, we will go to the Seokguram Grotto and Bukguksa Temple - both are on the UNESCO’s World Cultural Heritage list. Seokguram Grotto, one of the world’s finest shrines of Buddha and the carvings of the granite dome. It is an amazing architectural piece of artifact. Then we go to Bulguksa Temple, it was originally built in 535 with blends of architectural mastery and science of the 8th century Silla Kingdom. Afterwards, enjoy some time to leisure after checking into your hotel. |
Day 4 |
Gyeongju -> Busan (Express Bus - 45 minutes)
Busan is famous of the Film Festival event and her beautiful long white sand beaches. |
Day 5 |
Busan -> Seoul (by flight)
After breakfast, transfer to Gimhae Airport for a flight back to Seoul. Meet on arrival and transfer to Incheon Airport for return flight back home or transfer to your hotel in Seoul if you have extended stay in Korea. |
